Individual Tuition
owners who are unable to attend classes or who have a dog that needs a more individually tailored training programme may benefit from a individual training session. This takes place at the owners home and will last between an hour and a half and two hours. A detailed training report is sent via email or post to the owner as soon as possible.
Classes

We run the following 8 week courses throughout the year:

Puppy socialisation and training ( for puppies under 18 weeks).

juvenile ( for young dogs under a year old).

Beginner.

Intermediate/Advanced.

The cost of all training courses is £35.00.
All dogs attending one of our courses for the first time recieve a puppy or adult welcome pack, course notes applicable to their course.

We also offer clients the opportunity to go through the various levels of the British Institute of Professional Dog Trainers National Pet Code, and the Kennel Club Good Citizen Dog Scheme. Both schemes are non competitive and on successfully completion a certificate is awarded.

All classes are held on Friday evenings on  the outskirts of Penrith, at the indoor arena at Inglewood Equestrian centre.  Directions to the venue will be sent when a place on a training course is booked.
All our classes have limited places to ensure every dog and owner gets individual attention during the class.

Dog Sitting
We offer a limited dog sitting service for people who are getting married in the Lake District or the Howgills areas in Cumbria.  Where we will look after your dog while the ceremony takes place as well as throughout the rest of the day. Pet Behaviour Counselling

Sometimes a dog,s problems may need the professional services of a pet behaviour counsellor. If we think it is in you and your dog,s best interest to see a counsellor we will always recommend that you have your dog,s  health checked by your vet to eliminate the possibility of an underlying veterinary problem causing the behaviour. your vet can then refer you to a  reputable counsellor, preferably a member of the Association of Pet Behaviour Counsellors or the UK Registry of Canine Behaviourists.
